Yoghurt sauce

 

Makes about 1 cup sauce. Preparation time about 15 minutes

Ingredients

220ml plain low fat yoghurt
20ml white vinegar
1tsp mustard
1 pinch salt

Method

  • Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Place in an airtight container or jar and store in the fridge.

Tip: For a more tangy flavour, add some more mustard. For a less tangy flavour, use less vinegar. A sauce should be a tasty accompaniment to your meal, so cook using flavoursome ingredients and use the sauce to compliment the flavour or to add some moisture to a salad.
