Ingredients
1 banana
3 heaped tbsp plain low fat yoghurt
2 tbsp fat free milk
2 heaped tbsp raw oats
Use one 1 jar/packet sweet & sour sauce or sweet pepper sauce
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve
- If you want a more watery consistency, add some more milk or water
