Honey Pancakes
  • Description:

    For this delicious breakfast/anytime/snacktime pancake recipe your little one can help by collecting the ingredients needed and by helping you stir/whisk once all the ingredients are added.

  • Ingredients:

    1 cup of wholewheat flour

    4 tsp. baking powder

    2 large eggs

    3 tbsp. oil (canola or coconut oil)

    2 tbsp. honey
    1 cup of milk

  • Method:

    (Makes about 8 medium pancakes)

    1. Whisk together flour and baking powder.
    2. Add in eggs, oil, honey and milk.
    3. Whisk until combined.
    4. Heat a greased pan over medium-high heat.
    5. Pour batter onto pan; cook for about 2 min. on each side or until golden brown.
    6. Serve warm. 



    Toppings suggestions: Banana, Nutella, coconut shavings, cinnamon and lemon, sugar and salt-free peanut butter or almond butter, stewed fruit and double cream greek yoghurt.
