Usage Instructions Preparation: 1. Wash your hands and pour 160 ml of milk that the baby is currently using into the baby's bowl. 160 ml. 2. Add 5 level tablespoons of cereal into the bowl. 3. Stir until smooth. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep the unfinished portion. Do not add salt and/or sugar. Unless otherwise advised by your health professional, one or two Nestle Nestum feeds should be given per day depending on the age of your baby. Nestle Nestum is intended for spoon-feeding. From 6 months of age, together with breast milk, infants should be fed a variety of foods. Ask a health worker or health professional for advice.
