Pop open a gin and dark cherry drink, and pour it over ice into a long, frosted glass. Then add a slice of orange (not lemon) and - if it's in season - a fresh cherry. The cherry is nice but it's not essential. It's the cherry on top, as it were.
This is taking a pink gin to extremes. It's a pretty intense pink, and it's nothing like the classic pink gin. It's a whole new thing - gin and dark cherry. There's something about that combination - the herby astringency of a classic London dry gin with the fruity intensity of dark cherries. And, conveniently, it's all been premixed for you, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
