Potstill, single malt, and grain whiskeys are used in this blended Irish whiskey. It has the flavour of a classic grainy whiskey without being overly complex. It is a beautiful drink on its own or with a favourite mixer.
The nose of this Irish whiskey is dominated by vanilla custard and fresh fruity aromas, and a biscuity note. Vanilla, pear drops, and cereal flavours abound on the palate, making it smooth and buttery.
Pepper, aromatic lemon peel, and a taste of pear ice cream characterise the short finish.
