Description

This blend's grapes were all grown within 5 kilometres of the Du Toitskloof cellar. The vines, which are grafted on Richter 99 and 101-14 rootstock, flourish in somewhat clay-like, sandy soil. In the vineyards, regulated irrigation is administered based on soil moisture levels detected by neutron hydrometers. This method produces tiny berries with a high skin-to-fruit ratio, resulting in berries with a wide range of colour and flavour.
