A dark and spicy cabernet sauvignon, this fine red wine is full-bodied and dry. It partners well with red meat dishes like sticky spare ribs.
On the nose, there is dark cherry fruit, spice and a hint of tobacco. The palate is richly fruited with cassis, black berries and plum. On the nose, there are notes of tobacco and spice as well as deep fruitcake flavours and a hint of liquorice. A superbly delicate, soft-textured wine with good intensity, body, and structure, this cabernet sauvignon has a mouth-wateringly lengthy finish. It pairs well with roasted meat and lamb.
