This is the wine for you if you like elegant, smooth reds with some body and luscious fruit. Great with sticky ribs, roast lamb, pizza, or pasta or to be enjoyed on its own.

Fermented on the skins until they were completely dry. Following pressing, the wine was allowed to complete malolactic fermentation on French oak staves before being aged for an additional three months to ensure total integration and complexity. This method results in a wine with a lovely tannic structure with no harshness.
