The Bat-Eared Fox is an ally to the winery, eradicating unwanted pests with a more sophisticated and natural approach thanks to its strong foraging skills. The bat-eared fox's wide-eyed curiosity and discriminating taste inspired this wine, which is a friend of the vineyard. This excellent pinotage partners well with venison, goat and lamb.
Medium-bodied and wonderfully dry, this pinotage is a fragrant wine. The nose and palate imparts dark juicy fruit with a hint of vanilla and chocolate. It has been lightly wooded in French oak, imparting sultry mocha notes.
