Description
All of the grapes for this blend were grown within 5 kilometres of the cellar, which produces small berries with a high skin-to-fruit ratio, resulting in a rich colour and flavour spectrum. The grapes were collected when physiological ripeness was reached, fermented, then French oaked to enhance flavour.
