This is a dark, purply red wine that tells a story. With white pepper interlaced with sweet cloves, nutmeg and hints of fynbos and liquorice, the Shiraz Biography is deep and warm. The palate is rich and plump with dark fruit enveloped in pepper and underpinned with a balance of earthy tones and tannins, finished by hints of red plum.
