Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Chenin Blanc White Wine Bottle 750ml

The grapes were harvested at their peak ripeness and vinified individually. Only the free-run juice was delivered to the fermenting tank after one to two days of extensive skin contact with all of the grapes. To showcase each vineyard's unique characteristics, the wines were fermented at low temperatures using selected yeast strains. The wine was left in contact with the lees for another four months after fermentation before being blended.
