The fruit for this white wine is sun-ripened in open armed lyre trellised vines. Weathered granite and oak leaves provides a soil that is rich in organic matter for these vines to flourish.
This sauvignon blanc is best enjoyed within three years and has bursting aromas of passion fruit and melon. It has a palate that is lively and well balanced with notes of lime and nettle. It also has a natural acidity and is best paired with cold meats, chicken and salads.
