This wine is 94% Sauvignon Blanc and 6% Semillon. The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon come from vineyards in Elim, Napier and Elgin. These vineyards are some of Africa's most southerly vineyards and are all part of the same Origin Cape South Coast. The wine is thiol-driven, with citrus, green pepper and cape gooseberry flavours, as well as showing an exquisite palate and a subtle finish.
