A wine that is best enjoyed young when the fruit is at its freshest and most bright. Serve chilled for and enjoy with friends, and seafood, al fresco summer salads, or fresh sushi.
Grapes are derived from the Western Cape's different macro-climates, which range from the long, hot days on the Southern hills to the cooler West Coast coastal winds. This wonderfully constructed sauvignon blanc was prepared with hand-picked grapes that was vinified in stainless steel tanks until dry. It was then kept on the lees until final blending, filtering, and bottling at the Wellington's cellars.
