The wine is a bright light straw colour with green specks around the rim. On the nose, there's a lot of green melon, green apples, faint lemongrass, and granadilla. The wine has intense flavours on the palate that are evocative of the nose. This finish is light and refreshing, with a hint of oyster shell salinity that makes it quite appealing.
