As a result of the location's high mountain setting, cheese matures better and milk fragrance is improved. The high Groenberg mountain topography, with its fynbos and native vegetation, provides a lovely flavour to our goat milk, giving the cheeses their distinctive flavours and textures.
The cheese is produced using only 100% goat milk. Free of synthetic hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives. The staff takes care in physically verifying that each and every box contains hand-crafted cheese to assure the highest quality. Since this is a genuine functioning farm, every element has been carefully considered and imbued with the mystical, uncompromising touch of nature.
