We had requests from our vegan customers to come up with a dairy-free version of our Thai Pesto, so here it is! Coriander & Chilli Pesto is certified Kosher (Parev) and Halaal, so anyone that loves the flavour of fresh coriander and doesn’t mind a bit of chilli, will enjoy using it.
We destalk the basil by hand at Pesto Princess and only utilise the tender leaves to make a creamy sauce. We peel our own garlic and grind our own cheese to ensure that your food is free of contaminants. Wherever feasible, we source our herbs from small-scale farmers that use organic pesticides and cultivate in a sustainable manner. We like local foods and have replaced pine nuts with cashews and almonds, which are cultivated closer to home. We choose glass jars since they store food goods the best and can be recycled.
