Gourmet soup featuring mixed mushrooms, fresh thyme, and sharp Pecorino cheese. The mushrooms provide earthy depth whilst Pecorino adds proper Italian character. Creamy without being heavy – sophisticated soup that tastes like it came from an expensive restaurant.
Heating instructions:
Microwave: Decant the soup from the pouch into a microwavable bowl. Place the bowl in the centre of the microwave, keeping away from the sides. Heat on 100% high for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Check that soup is hot throughout. If not, heat for a further brief period. These timings serve as a guideline only and are based on a 900-watt microwave oven. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before heating.
Stove: Decant the soup from the pouch into a saucepan. Heat over a low heat, stirring continuously, until the soup begins to simmer gently. Remove from the stovetop and serve.
How to serve: Serve hot with slices of toasted ciabatta bread or croutons.
