Ingredients	Mentha Piperita (Peppermint Oil).
Usage Instructions	Adults - 16 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times per day between meals, unless otherwise directed by a medical practitioner. In severe cases, the dosage may be increased to 2 capsules three times per day.
Warnings	Keep out of reach of children. Do not use when known sensitivity or allergy exists towards peppermint oil or menthol.
