These chocolate and peanut butter treats are perfect for the little ones to help make. Allow them to help shape the dough, dip in melted chocolate and decorate with edible decorations.

What you need:

• 70g softened butter
• 50g sifted icing sugar
• 5ml vanilla essence
• 230g plain cream cheese
• 1 jar (400g) peanut butter
• 200g melted dark chocolate
• Edible glitter or candy decorations to decorate with

1. Prep a station with everything you need
2. Cream together the butter, icing sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Then mix in the peanut butter until well combined.
3. Place peanut butter dough between two sheets of cling film and refrigerate overnight.
4. Once the dough is firm enough to work with, form pieces of dough into egg shapes and freeze until frozen.
5. Remove from freezer and slice into half, lengthways. Freeze again while you prepare the chocolate.
6. Using a fork, dip the frozen peanut butter eggs into the melted chocolate and allow any excess chocolate to drip off before placing on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
7.Decorate with edible glitter, candy decorations or white chocolate drizzle and refrigerate again until chocolate has set completely.
