Kanonkop Kadette Cape Blend Red Wine Bottle 750ml

This beautiful wine is crafted from grapes that were farmed in dry, hot temperatures, resulting in reduced yields. They stayed on the skins for three to five days in open fermenters, punching the cap down manually every two hours. The wine was then aged in 2nd and 3rd fill French Nevers oak barrels for 12–14 months to bring out the deep ruby red colour and aromas of blackcurrant, luscious raspberries, and mocha.
