Welcome to chocolate flavour which is distinctive due to this wine's old-oak aging. That strong note is complimented by the ever-present red plum and sweet raspberry and you can't go wrong by pairing this wine with lamb, sirloin steak, or pasta. It would also go well with a chocolate or mint-based dessert.
