A wine born of some of the best vineyards in the Westen Cape, spanning from Elgin, to Stellenbosch, to Wellington. Matured in French oak barrels for 9 months, this is a bright and flavourful wine with good aromatics.
On the nose, this wine has notes of pineapple, mandarin, and apple. A second layer of scents includes orange blossom and lime. After aromas of pear and peach, the wine concludes with a crisp lime. A perfect companion for a hearty roast chicken or mushroom risotto.
