The sauvignon blanc grapes for this wine are grown on Hutton-type soil, which is covered with limestone that reaches deep into the earth.
This wine has a lively blend of crisp herbaceous and acidic passion fruit flavours on the nose. Citrus, white peach and lemongrass notes mingle with saline minerality on the palate. The wine has a rich mouthfeel due to the coated acidity, which is beautifully balanced with all of the powerful flavours.
