This cabernet red wine is made out of the renowned 5 grapes that are utilized to make flavourful concentrated blends. Before being assembled, the components are barrel-aged for 18 months in 225 litre French barriques to enhance the flavour of the wine.
This wine is simply beautiful, with perfect balance and refined beauty. A minimum intervention procedure was followed as the grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted. With periodic punch downs and 30 days of skin contact, this wine was preserved as naturally as possible with gentle handling and attentive care. More than 85% of the blend is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc with Malbec and Petit Verdot adding some “salt and pepper” spice.
