These delicious pitted green olives are great on toothpicks with mozzarella and sundried tomato, but they're also yummy just as they are - or do the mini veggie version of a turducken - a green olive stuffed with a smidgeon of feta and then stuffed into a peppadew.
The delicious pitted green olives are firm and well formed so they are ideal for stuffing. The traditional choice would be a pimento, but you can buy them like that so that's boring. Give it a twist and try peppadews, or feta, or a marinated almond. Or just eat them as they are.
