These fragrant seeds, known as Jeera in India, are popular in most hot regions, including Egypt, Morocco and Mexico. A premium South African herb and spice brand with a wide range of flavours to complement any dish. To bring out and enhance the toasty, nutty flavour of these seeds, roast them before using them in curries, stews, or your favourite tagine recipe. It can also be used in pickling. To bring out the flavours, smash them with a pestle and mortar before adding them at the beginning of the cooking process.
