Product Information
The grapes were harvested at maximum ripeness and fermented for four days at 28°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. The wine was then aged for four months in French oak to provide added weight and richness.
From the last week of February to the end of March the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit is collected in the early morning from 22 specially selected grape farming families in the Robertson Wine Valley. To produce excellent fruits, this wine uses controlled irrigation to manage berry size and fruit complexity.
