Forage And Feast Frozen Hake Fish Cakes are made with wild-caught hake, mashed potatoes, and coated in crisp ciabatta crumbs. Certified sustainable seafood.

These four Forage And Feast Hake Fish Cakes are certified sustainable seafood, made with fluffy mashed potatoes, flavoured with garlic, parsley and lemon zest, and coated in a crisp ciabatta crumb.
Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen.
To shallow fry on the stove top: Heat a non-stick pan to moderate heat.
Generously coat the pan with vegetable oil.
Fry for 3 minutes either side, then turn every 2 minutes thereafter until the 15 minutes are done.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel.
To oven bake: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Remove the fish cakes from all packaging.
Place the fish cakes on a baking tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
To air fry: Air-fry at 200°C for 15–18 minutes.
