Authentic Italian casarecce pasta with a twisted shape. Made the traditional way using the finest durum wheat semolina for restaurant-quality pasta results at home. The spiral design traps chunky sauces beautifully and maintaining the perfect al dente bite. Ideal for hearty meat sauces, pesto, or vegetable preparations.
Cooking instructions: In a large pot, bring three litres of water to a rolling boil; add salt if desired. Add pasta, stir gently, and return to boil. Cook approximately 10–12 minutes or until "al dente". When satisfied, remove from heat, drain well, toss and serve immediately.
