A harmonious blend of the cinsaut and shiraz, this dry red is matured with French oak staves which imparts an additional smokey flavour. This dry red is an amazing wine to sip on after a long day, or served at the dinner table.
This wine is medium-bodied, delicate, and fruity with a lingering aftertaste. Serve with smoked chicken or mild barbecued meals. In the summer, serve chilled; otherwise, keep the temperature between 16 - 19°C. Enjoy now or in the next three years.
