With distinct flavours of passion fruit and white pear, this sauvignon blanc is deliciously dry with a light-bodied mouthfeel and a fruity taste. This sauvignon blanc has aromas of passion fruit, white peach and litchi with a faint herbal undertone. There are notes of passion fruit, particularly granadilla, lemons, white pear, gooseberry and a wonderful saline finish that tastes like fresh oyster shells or sea salt.
