Strict organic processes are applied throughout the manufacturing of this exceptional extra virgin olive oil. Everything that comes from the olive tree is returned to the environment during cultivation and the processing of the olive oil.
The olive leaves that are removed during processing of this oil are used in feed for local farm animals, the water used to wash the olives is returned to the olive orchards for irrigation, the pits are used to reheat the olive mill's water and no chemical fertilisers and pesticides are used. Packaged in environmentally friendly materials, this organic extra virgin olive oil has warm buttery flavours with notes of black pepper.
