Grown in the Paarl Valley and prepared using Greek recipes handed down through generations, our olives are always a delight, whether on a cocktail tray, in a salad or pasta, on a pizza or as part of a gourmet recipe. Our black and Calamata olives are handpicked when perfectly ripe to ensure they retain their rich flavours, whilst our green olives are picked young and firm.
