Spinach lasagne sheets for healthy, tasty pasta bakes. Ideal for family meals or meat-free recipes.
These Italian spinach lasagne sheets, from the Campania region of Southern Italy, are made using the finest durum wheat semolina for a firm texture. Use them directly from the box.
Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C. In a greased ovenproof dish, create layers of white sauce, lasagne sheets and finally a meat or vegetable layer. Do not overlap the lasagne sheets. Repeat layers and end with a layer of white sauce. Allow the assembled dish to stand for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30–45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Top with grated cheese and place back into the oven at 200°C for an additional 20–30 minutes or until the lasagne sheets are cooked through.
