Cooking instructions: In a large pot, bring three litres of water to a rolling boil; add salt if desired. Add pasta, stir gently, and return to boil. Cook until "al dente". When satisfied, remove from heat, drain well, toss and serve immediately. Cooking Time: 10–14 minutes.
