Large Italian shell pasta perfect for stuffing with cheese, meat, or vegetables. The shape holds fillings properly and cooks evenly – proper pasta engineering. Cooking instructions: On a stove top, in a large pot, bring three litres of water to a rolling boil; add salt if desired. Add pasta, stir gently, and return to boil. Cook until "al dente". When satisfied, remove from heat, drain well, toss and serve immediately. Cooking time: 10–14 minutes.
