Delicately flavoured with aniseed, this traditional South African treat is freshly prepared and baked to perfection. It is best enjoyed with your loved ones around the kitchen table and tastes amazing with butter and honey, or on its own with a warm cup of tea.
Also called "mosbeskuit", this delicacy is uniquely South African and is flavoured with aniseed, which gives the loaf its signature liquorice-like flavour. Simply delicious on its own and terrific with butter, these can also be dried in your conventional oven to provide you with mouth-watering rusks.
