The blue weber agave used to make this award-winning Mexican silver tequila was hand-selected and hand-harvested after maturing for at least five years to produce the purest expression possible. To achieve the ideal level of caramelisation and emphasise the rich agave flavours, it is then slowly roasted for two days in brick ovens. After that, the tequila is double-distilled in small batches to produce the purest tequila for your enjoyment.
