Eat these deliciously crumbly buttery shortbread biscuits just as they are, or dunk them into coffee. It takes some skill as they absord the coffee quickly. But it's a skill worth practising.
Shortbread is one of those biscuits you can't get enough of. They are so buttery, not too sweet, and so crumbly. It makes a nice change from the crunchy ones.
These are so delightful you may want to just keep an open pack next to you while you're working, but they are also great to share.
