These deliciously crunchy rusks are delicately flavoured with fennel, sesame, almonds and pecans. They're great on their own, but when dunked in coffee, they're sublime.
Made with butter, yoghurt, oats, nuts and seeds, these crunchy rusks are the perfect snack to take on long car trips or to keep in your bag in case the munchies hit. But the best way by far to enjoy them is round a campfire, early in the morning, dunked into some moerkoffie served in an enamel mug.
