With lingering flavours of cherries and juicy plums beautifully balanced with creamy oak and delicate tannins, this Pinotage is a superb example of this rare variety. Enjoy now, or give it time to develop and mature in the cellar.
A slow developing grape that produces compact bunches of little berries, perfect for generating wines of substance, elegance, and finesse. The grapes were picked when they were fully ripe, fermented for 5-7 days, and then racked into 225L French oak barrels.
