Product Information

The Dyson WashG1 Wet Floor Cleaner removes wet and dry spills simultaneously using counter-rotating microfibre rollers for hygienic hard floor cleaning. Featuring precision hydration control and a self-cleaning cycle, this machine covers up to two hundred and ninety square metres on a single tank.

Designed specifically for hard floor surfaces, this dual-roller wet floor cleaner uses pulse-modulated hydration and high-density microfibre filaments to lift tough stains. Operating on a lithium-ion battery system, the appliance separates solid waste from dirty water, collecting both in distinct onboard compartments for hygienic maintenance.

Ideal Use

  • • Glazed ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone floor tiles.
  • • Sealed hardwood, engineered timber, and luxury vinyl floorboards.
  • • Kitchen grease splatters, dried beverage stains, and pet meal spills.

Key Product Information

  • • Two counter-rotating motorised rollers rotate in opposing directions at 250 revolutions per minute to agitate and lift grime from both angles.
  • • Secondary nylon-bristled extraction bars continually scrape coarse debris and loose hair off the microfibre rollers straight into an easy-release debris tray.
  • • The Dyson WashG1 Wet Floor Cleaner offers three hydration settings plus an additional max mode to calibrate water distribution to spill volume.
  • • Clean water tank holds one litre of water, supplying continuous moisture for broad cleaning runs.
  • • 0.8 litre dirty water reservoir holds extracted liquids securely using continuous extraction pumps without relying on airflow suction.
  • • Docked self-cleaning programme flushes clean water through the complete internal system and cleans both rollers in one hundred and forty seconds.

Safety and Care Precautions

  • • Do not operate the unit over carpets, rugs, or unfinished wooden flooring.
  • • Empty and rinse out the dirty water container immediately following each use to prevent bacterial growth and odours.
  • • Refrain from pouring foaming detergents, solvents, or concentrated bleaches into the clean water reservoir.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • • Can this appliance pick up solid dirt while washing? Yes, the front and rear rollers capture dry debris and sweep it into a separate containment tray as the microfibre washes the floor.
  • • How long does the battery run per charge? The built-in battery pack provides up to 35 minutes of continuous operation across standard moisture settings.

Clever Tip

  • • Activate the rapid two-minute self-cleaning cycle on the floor dock immediately after mopping up sticky spillages or muddy footprints after a summer thunderstorm, keeping the rollers spotless without manual scrubbing.
