There's nothing better than a delicious homemade chocolate mousse, but a bought one is almost as good. And a perfect bought chocolate mousse is infinitely better than a homemade one that didn't set or separated or just kind of fell apart. Sometimes, taking the easy route is the best choice.
You could spend hours in the kitchen separating eggs, whipping egg-whites, melting chocolate and juggling the various bowls and containers. And - with luck, and some skill, and absolutely perfect folding - you'd end up with a fabulous chocolate mousse. It would all be worth it.
