Pinotage is a South African grape that was created by crossing Pinot Noir with Hermitage. Rich scents of juicy plum and banana, with a lingering sense of chocolate and plum pudding characterize this wine.
Fat Bastard Pinotage was produced with hand-picked grapes from their prime crop, resulting in a wine with a strong fruit flavour and character. To preserve the expressive smells and flavours, all fruits were hand-harvested and carefully pressed.
