This Himalayan Pink Salt Slab is made from 100% pure salt. Use to flavour of your food, cook or grill on, as a curing slab or as a chilled serving board.

The Forage And Feast Himalayan Pink Salt Slab Set is a 100% pure salt slab made from natural crystals harvested from The Salt Range of Pakistan. It is rich in trace minerals giving Himalayan salt its unique rose colour and distinctive flavour, which naturally flavours your food.
Use to cook or grill on, as a curing slab or as a chilled serving board. Suitable for braaiing, grilling and chilling. Usage and application: Salt slabs can be refrigerated or frozen and used as a serving platter for chilled foods. When heated, salt slabs can be used to sear meat, fish, or vegetables.
It will retain the heated temperature for 20–30 minutes and can be heated to a temperature of 230°C.
For curing: Refrigerate the salt slab and, once cold, place thinly sliced pieces of meat or fish on the salt slab to cure.
