Soft potato gnocchi filled with creamy Italian cheese and aromatic basil pesto. Each dumpling delivers authentic Italian flavours in convenient ready-to-cook format. The filling combines beautifully – cheese richness balanced by herbal pesto brightness. Cooks quickly for weeknight Italian meals that actually taste authentic.
Cooking instructions:
Stove top: Bring a medium pot of water to the boil. Add salt to taste. Empty gnocci into the pot of boiling water and bring back to the boil. Simmer gnocci for 3–4 minutes or until it floats to the top, stirring occasionally.
Frying pan: Melt a teaspoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan, empty gnocci into the saucepan, cover and cook for at least 6 minutes. Serve immediately. Do not reheat. Serves 4.
