Italian spinach gnocchi cooks quickly, is fluffy, and makes an easy base for classic or new pasta dishes.
Fresh potato gnocchi infused with spinach for vibrant colour and added nutrition. The spinach adds earthy flavour whilst maintaining the pillowy texture gnocchi lovers expect. Cooks in minutes for quick weeknight meals that look impressive. Natural green colour means kids get vegetables without knowing it.
Cooking instructions: Bring a medium pot of water to the boil. Add salt to taste. Empty gnocci into the pot of boiling water and bring back to the boil. Simmer gnocci for 2–3 minutes or until it floats to the top, stirring occasionally. Drain and toss with a little melted butter or your favourite pasta sauce. Serve immediately. Do not reheat. Serves 4.
